How do we ensure your purchased goods are delivered in good condition? 

All our products are stored in temperature-controlled freezing facilities before delivery. We deliver your goods with a temperature control truck or car-hailing service with a thermal bag or white box.

How should I store the products?

All our products have to keep in the freezer at temperature -18 degrees Celsius. 

Are PA Food products HALAL certified?

Yes, all PA Food products are certified HALAL by Jakim Malaysia, besides that we also certified HACCP, ISO 22000 & BRC.
